For those who want to change flavours, we have a large menu of traditional or fish-based pizzas made with high-quality flours.

In keeping with our region's tradition, we place great emphasis on wines, liqueurs, and grappas, which accompany and complement every meal. Amaro Ducale, Venetian spirit


The flagship of our restaurant is undoubtedly the Amaro Ducale.


Made with typical products from Venice's vegetable gardens, such as cardoons, artichokes, and other plants and roots, this amaro is dedicated to this unique city, married to the sea.


Its recipe was born at Hosteria Ducale from an idea by Mattia Bubacco, and can be enjoyed not only in our restaurant but also in bars, wine bars, and other venues.
